Hi every one ! What is DSL Line and Leased Line ? How data will flow ? What are the benefits and drawbacks?

Where I live the difference is DSL Line is the standard phone line, the Leased Line is a dedicated line strictly use for data communication which is what a computer does and not a voice line.
