How do you feed your fish frozen food?

i want to buy a frozen variety pack from petco or petsmart but i have never fed my fish frozen food so how do you feed it to them? please tell me exactly hoow my tank is cycled and everything this food is for platies and a dwarf gourami but will peppered cories also eat this? and the variety pack has bloodworms brine shrimp and some more i can't remember. and do i feed them the entire cube for 7 fish(2 platies,1 gourami and 4 cories) later on i will add the platy fry i am raising to the tank so there will be lots of platies in the tank. then shall i drop in 2?
