What should I have answered to this racist?

1stly I am a dark skinned foreigner studying in Ukraine. Yesterday my friends came over to my flat for a drink, one was an opera singer and started singing after a few drinks. At around 7 in the evening we were going to a bar, once I got out of my house this lady who lives below me started shouting at me and telling me we were loud, the law here states that you can listen to music at the loudest volume till 11pm. So i reminded her that we did not break any laws but she kept yelling so I said I don't care and walked off. At that moment she said "Go say that in f***ing Africa!" And I am not even from Africa. Should I go confront her again today? And what should i say?
