Whats a good nite club to rent for my 20 birthday?

I want to rent out a nite club for my birthday in june in philadelphia does anyone know where I can find one for 17 and up and where they sell drinks or we can bring our own and has a dj and a really big dance floor please no rude comments I need help so it can be the best birthday ever
