Itchy bumps on my chest & behind my ears?

I have a rash looking thing on my chest and behind my ears, and I'm not sure how I got it. Is it a rash? Or could it be mutant itchy zits or something???? Also, my mom sprayed the shower with tilex and forgot about it, then I took a shower, could the mist with chemicals have done it?
