How to save Burnout Paradise City game progess?

Hi i am using BURNOUT Paradise city on my PC. PC with Dual core 1.6GHZ, 2GB GB RAM, 9500GT Nivida with 1GB DDR2, 500GB HDD and 22" LCD. i install my game on D Drive not at C:. After reinstall windows my game does not work and reinstall it again but my Progress does not save any more. Pls Help Me!
