The name of the episode?

I need to know the name and season number of the Hannah Montana Episode where Jackson is jumping up and down on the couch next to his father and shouting, "You're the ten year old, you're the ten year old!" It's driving me crazy that I can't figure it out. The only other thing I remember is that Robbie Ray was giving Jackson the 'silent treatment' (I think) If you know anything about that episode. (episode name or number and what season it's on) that would be awesome.
