Acne.... 'nuff said. Please help, I've tried everything.?

Hey there! I'm 16 and i've had acne FOREVER. Like legit since fourth or fifth grade. My skin is very very oily. Well, mainly on my forehead and nose, but after a while all of it is. I have tried everything : Clean and Clear, Proactiv, Clearasil, Neutrogena, Murad, Clinique, and a lot of different pills that my dermatologist prescribed. After about a month of it working, everything just stops. Like I build up an immunity. I've had Skin iD for a year or two now, and it was working great. Until recently. I'm breaking out again. There has got to be SOMETHING I can do!!! I'm really active and I eat relatively well. I want that clean, smooth, creamy skin I see other girls with.
