Any Oakland Police Officers?????

I am currently in the hiring process with Oakland PD and I'm most likely going to get hired. I just wanted to get more info on the department such as the morale of the agency....how are the procedures there? What can I expect from an FTO? If you have any valuable info please share it with me because I really want to be prepared for a life changing experience. Thank you.
