How do i report establishments that are non compliant with the new non smoking law in Ohio?

The voters of Ohio have ped a smoke free law. It outlaws all smoking in public places, bars, restaurants, bingo parlors, in front of business. I know that some neighborhood diners and bars may try not to comply with the law. If i go to use it and there are people smoking who do I call. Police, Board of Health?
