I really like this girl, but i need advice before i make any moves!?

Dude just be totally honest and straight forward about how you feel about her and how great it would be if you two were together, pretty much just say some of the stuff you said in the last paragraph, ask her if she would like to try going out and see if the awkwardness fades away. Good luck man.
