Is a book containing conspiracies and other aspects purposely intended to act as a public declaration illegal?

I am working on a book series. The one I have highest hopes for is called; "The Newbreed". Its about a young boy with advanced comprehension who disregards all modern human technology and advancement capturing the government's attention. He is eventually captured and faced with two choices; be killed for knowing too much or recruited as an in. Basically the book is sort of like my preaching of the many negative aspects of modern life, and also has many anarchist aspects. Technically this book is my way of publically drawing attention to the evil the U.S. government commits. And if it affects anything, I am also thirteen.
