Pregnant Rabbit Yeh?

My rabbit's babies are due in like 4/5 day's she made a nest about a week ago and I haven't cleaned her hutch since also I can't get her in the run she got 'slightly' vicious when I attempted to pick her up in early stage sof pregnancy. I'm going to clean her out tomorrow morning but what should I do with her nest she put so much effort into it shall I leave it or bin it?
