What is wrong with some of you people (Whites)?

Why do some of you see a Black person in a job, with material items, in a college cl or doing great things and ume they got there due to a Quota, because someone felt sorry for them or they don't deserve it? Then some of you act surprised when the person is qualified and start with the patronising BS, like "you are very articulate, you're real smart, you're blah, blah.....
